I am frequent traveller to Vadodara from Ahmedabad by Gujarat Express leaving Ahmedabad 7.00AM everyday. I buy general ticket for IInd class.

It is experienced everytime that in Genral Compartment Monthly Season Ticket Holders occupy all the seats and do not allow general passengers to sit despite the fact that 2-3 compartments are reserved for them in the same train. Further somebody from such MSTholders have pasted unauthorised printed labels inside compartment that the Compartment is reserved for MST Holders but outsidecompartment it is normally written "General" Compartment.

Despite bringing out this to their attention, MST Holders don't allow general passengers to sit and everyday quarrels or even blows are exchanged between general and MST Holders.

Western Railway authorities need to to take strict action against MST Holders and allow general passengers to sit and travel comfortably for which they pay to Western Railway.
