hello sir,
myself kundan kumarbooked tatkal e-ticket in garib rath 12203 for date of journey 21 aug 2011.my pnr no is ********01.my recent status on depr. time is GD2,4.whenever GD2 IS booked under handicaped quota.when i went on GD2,4 there seats were already reserved by railways staffs.and he said that this seats is only for handicaped.here i want to know that if that seat no is alloted for handicaped then why that seat alloted to me.if that seat alloted to me then why staffs reserved that seat.because of this problem in this that i could not travel in this train.my total fare gone to waste.please resolve my problem.

Hi,

Please take the necessary action against them and we normal citizens should get the compensation for the same.
Just think how much we are suffering.
