I placed an order of $2899 on Jan 21, 2014. My order no. is 100011573. I have not received my order though it has passed the promised time. They have stopped responding to emails and online chats are stopped. When called they do not answer and only you keep receiving messages that calls acknowledged. It seems this online shopping website is a complete fraud.
I have the email proofs regarding the payment made.
they are not paying single rupee to their vendors. that'swhy nobody is giving products to their company. they are big time cheater.
They are cheats with their customer,vendors and employees too.

I placed an order for 450.31 euro,order No.100013438, but they took from my card 461.06 euros, It's for a wedding of my sister.
they were following me until the payment,
now they don't answer my calls , e-mails.
their telephone number are not valid.
I have all the e-mails, regarding payment and chat. order status is always in process.
I think it is a fraud website, and Ms Nancy Aurora, Jay, Alice .... the chatters are all fake. assist you until the payment. after no answer.

I made a purchase after promised by a Ms Nancy Aurora that it will be delivered on time for my wedding. My purchase only arrived 2 mnths after my wedding, with no apology!! When I tried to contact customer service, I have been ignored. I have written 27 e-mails and made 3 calls with regard to service recovery, to no avail.
It has been 3 months I have been trying to reach them with no response.
P.S. I paid extra for tailoring, and The lengha I received doesn't fit. Do not buy from India Emporium!!

Hi, I have purchase an outfit on 12th January 2014, which payment was paid in full. order number - 100011200. since order is placed and payment paid in full. No body has in Sales team or Support Team has answered my simple question. I just need to know where is my order. it has been 6wks now. I just need to know where is my order, if Indiaemporium.com can't provide me outfit than please Refund my money. I have proof of my purchase and proof of chat each time with Sales and Support Team. No one has given me straight answer. I have e-mail Support Team few time, and even rang support team. recorded message will be recorded, as my number has been noted down and someone will call me. It has been 6weeks, NO one has rang or advise where is my order 100011200. Just refund my money pls.

I am also has become the victim of this website. I ordered a lehnga order no. #100017493, but till now they didn't even tell me any thing about delivery of order. Please do try to stop these people from playing with people 's hard earned money.
