Hi,
I have made several purchases before with ITBC but was never satisfied.About 1 months ago I got several call from this club that my name has been chosen as the winner of the 2 lakh diamond voucher and I should make a payment for Rs19000+ Rs 2392 for their so-called Gold Gift box. After getting this call for many times I made the silliest mistake of my life by hearing to them.I have got so many calls after that from ITBC they have made mr purchase products more than worth Rs 50000/- but have not still given any coupon ir vouchers.My transaction details are given below -

First Order No - ********7 this was for Samsung LCD TV 22'' which I have not yet received.
Second Order No- ********6 this is for their Gold-Gift box.
After that they made me do one more transaction of Rs 7498 the order id for which I don't remember now.
After that they again made me pay Rs. 4998 for which order no is ********3. And there is one more transaction of Rs 17000+.
All my savings are finished now.Can somebody please help me in registering a formal complain against them. I really want this company to shut down.
I want all my money credited back to my account for all the products I have not received.

I urge to people to never ever listen to their phone calls, they are just a bunch of cheaters who only fool and cheat people.
