IndiGo Airlines - inconvenience caused to Mrs Upinder Kaur PNR No EYTCWP

My mother (Mrs.Upider Kaur ) , PNR NO. EYTCWP , had faced too much of inconvenience from the ground staff at Hyderabad Airport @ 04/12/2017. Firstly her cabin baggage was weighed with the checked-in-baggage and asked to pay 1800/-towards excess baggage of 7or 8 kgs , inspite of her repeatedly saying that the her cabin baggage had been sent with her check in baggage, the staff handed over her the challan receipt and made her pay for it saying that it it already been weighed and sent and hence had to pay . She tried convincing the gentleman but he didnt listen to her , I too was kept on hold for 7-8 minutes but none of the staff bothered to hear her , it was tooooo disappointing for me I felt so helpless and could bear the pain that my MOM was facing .

This is the 2nd case that had happened with INDIGO FLIGHT passenger in last 2 months . I sincerely request to refund her amount , apologize for the inconvenience caused to her along with the compensation to be paid for the pain and illrespect faced by my MOM who too is a SENIOR CITIZEN .Her address - Flat No 156/2 Sector - 45 A , Chandigarh .
