Sub: Immediate action needed for recovery of my money

Dear Sir:

This is to bring to your kind information that I am a Researcher and I stay in Bowbazar, Kolkata. I wish to bring to your kind information of the extreme trouble and harassment created to me by your Customer named Ved Prakash (Account No. 12********52) rendering a loss of money.

On February 10, 2018 I got an email from KVK Training Centre inviting application for the position of Agriculture Section Officer for Kisan Vikas Kendra. I applied for the aforementioned position. Initially they communicated with me over phone (********25, ********21) and asked all the certificates and ID proof for verification. They then demanded Registration fee of Rs 1,100 which they said would be refundable and provided the relevant bank details to me by Whatsapp for money transference.

Then they took telephonic interview from phone no. ********06 and on the following day told me that I have been selected and emailed the offer letter and asked me to pay Rs. 17,850 as security deposit for laptop and mobile.

The transaction of Rs 1,100 has been made by NEFT (Transaction ID BKIDN1********90). But, there is no communication from them and neither they are reachable over phone.

In this circumstance, I would request for your kind help and take the necessary steps which will help me to get my Rs 1,100 refunded.
