hello im nsr krishna......i purchaged a dell laptop in vizag......dell studio.....it was under waranty....the screen is not displayng, nd dvd player also not working......dvd player cant working, i cant do any formation in my laptop,im suffering severe problems with your product9dell studio 15) so send your engineer to my residence and solve my lappy problems........pls do it fast......
