Dear Sir,

I am a resident of 102, vedang flat, plot no: 22, cosmic enclave society, sama, vadodara-390008 and Mobile Tower is installed by INDUS TOWER company on our terrace.
We have open parking space in ground floor and due to our assoication is interested in shifting the few equipments to the ground floor and below my flat, which is illegal as per the sale deed made with me by the builder. In a sale deed it is clearly mentioned in a open sapce" NO ONE CAN do kacha or pakka work".

This shifting is illegal and I need to object it and I am doing the same by writing this mail.

I request you to STOP shifting immediately else to protect my interest, I need to take help of local police. Kindly instruct your people NOT to ENTER in my open space for any work. I have served a legal notice to the Association also for the same. Now, it is a legal matter and INDUS TOWER need not to interfer. If any thing happens then you will be sole responsible for the same.

I have been threaten by assoication president Mr.Ajay Prasad for the same. Kindly record his mobil Number ********66 and ********01 to stop him doing any illegal work.
