this is in reference with the Grievance No. 2017-11-PV382193.
the grievance raised on 27-11-2017 and assigned to Sri Shusheela devi.(CP).
on 23-01-2018 (nearly 2 months later) it was reassigned to Sri Samrat Ashok (DC).
Till Today i.e. 18-02-2018, No action was taken, still Construction work is in progress
at Pochammabagh colony, near subhiksha School, D.No.:1-6-196, Saroor Nagar.
This issue will be taken to the notice of HIGH COURT.
Though the Hon. HIGH COURT expressed Seriousness about the illegal/Unauthorised constructions,
GHMC officials are still supporting/encouraging illegal/unauthorised constructions.
On 5-12-2017 GHMC issued notice, But Still no further action was taken.

Complainant's Goal: Illegal construction No action by ghmc. Immediate action required.

Illegal construction without engineer. they broken my boundary walls tresspassing inside.I so many complaint Ghmc mogalpura acp but not proper response, not take decision proper in dis matter 2year.All known detail document submit.my father health problem that I not active.my house roof,walls are badly damaged. condition. Any moment come down. Kindly I request you solve problem. ********13.
