Sir,
I agreed to take the membership of clubmahindra after quite a lot of pursuance by the clubmahindra representatives at the office located in sector- 35 C, Chandigarh.
I was told that whenever i wish i can take a breather from the EMIs (of Rs.4089/-) for a maximum period of 3 months at a stretch intervened by a a continuous period of EMI payment for 5-6 months.
After paying my EMIs for a continuous 3 months, i applied for a breather of 3 months by mailing at the address told by the office staff. Just after applying i found that the next EMI has been billed on my Credit card(credit card was the mode of payment of my EMIs).. Not only this..even the next consecutive month, i have received the bill for a transaction made on my credit card and i dont understand how to get rid of this trap.
I seriously want to disconnect my membership and want my money back from this company as i have not availed any vacation or holiday or any service from them.
Suggest Please.

I want cancellation of my membership of club mahindra holidays and refund of the sum given by me to the company as first downpayment as membership fee. Kindly advice me how & where to proceed for this.. I am feeling cheated now.
