Tired of your service. Be it your franchisee or direct IFB. I have tried both.
Machine had problem in wash quality during the warranty period and the service guys tried lot of stuff and finally dented the inside of the front door where rinse aid and detergent box is located. This finally led to leakage, damage of the outside part of the door.
Last year, took AMC and the same rinse aid and detergent box had to be replaced. After this the door started leaking. I wanted service person from IFB to replace the inside door and the detergent compartment to avoid any future problems. unfortunately even the IFB service personnel inserted the rinse aid sensor connector wrongly and the indicator stopped working. Also the door doesn't close tight and it leaks all around.
