Machine was taken for repair under warranty on dec 18, 2013 and was informed a part needs change. There on complaint kept on being closed without repairing the machine. Issue escalated to area incharge bangalore but only false promise without any action. Every time I call they say within 3 days they will repair or give a replacement machine but not have even courtsey to call back.
Escalated issue to All.hyd.ifb@tata-bss.com but to no avail. Only got calls from Hyderabad and Goa offices of IFB but nothing happened.
At one time area incharge told to us that the parts are recieved but just few minutes later when checked with IFB hyderabad office, I was told that area manager My Bharat told them that part have not been received.
Everytime we call they either not pick the call or disconnect after realizing it is our phone.
