Had registered a complaint last week that my washing machine bareley a year old is not working properly.The technician attended it and confirmed that he has repaired it. When we used it same problem persisted.. Called call centre again registered again.. Technician Mr Manju came and said some pump has to be changed.he said he will do it in a couple of days..gave us his and his office phone numbers.. It's been a week now.. No response.. Called him and his office.. They always take my number and promise to call back but then that's it.i am really fed up.today again I called up the call centre which was not helpful either.. They gave me Mr Peters number who is supposedly Mr Manjus Manager.. Mr Peters number is either constantly busy or attended by a secretary who has been trained very well to take down numbers and give false promises that will call back..If Mr Peter is the Mgr services.. He is bound to take my call and answer it.I am not asking him for a favour.. I purchased an IFB product(the only mistake I did) for which I paid money which included the warranty and services.Its your duty to resolve my issues.I am very upset with the Bangalore service team.If people at the service centre can't handle it..my humble suggestion.. Please put papers down and give it to people who can do it..
