Idea Cellular NCR - IDEA harrashing the Customer - Frustrating Experience ever

Respected Authority,

I opted idea 199 STD plan but the company started 199 local plan.

due to wrong plan activation, 1st moth i got high bill but still paid that amount after taking to customer care...

But next month again high bill amount. This time again I talked to CC but no satisfying response. I decided not to pay amount.

Local guys started threatening me that recovery agent will do all recovery.

I am surprised that it is really a super frustrating experience I have ever experience in my life.
