Dear Team,

I have been employee of infosys from 2014 and i have a salaried account and it's a Zero balance account. And i was just going through the statement on my account on my curiosity and found that Your ICICI Bank is charging me Minimum Account Balance where i had submitted everything at the time of joining infosys to you agent who has filled up the form. Now when my loan got bounced i came to my sense that you Bank is defrauding me taking charges for a long time where the trust of the customer is nothing but your things would be carried on.

And when i spoke to Customer care they tossed me and held my call for 18 min disconnected the call and another time 22 minutes and disconnected the call. And now a lady from the relationship management Called Ankitha raises her voice when i raised the voice she hung the phone is this what the relationship mangers do. She says the forms have been gone long back its online now. I have the same colleagues who have filled the paper form along with me.

And this is the compliant most of them have placed and would tell others not to trust Bank but go through the statement often. AND I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED AND I HAVE ALL THE PROOF that i have done correct from my end.
