ICICI Bank Limited - ICICI Card fraud

My ICICI account number is 15********60 and having a debit card #4********8039382. I regularly withdraw money from my ATM’s. I never faced any problem but on dated 25/12/2013 at 09:05 PM, I used ICICI ATM machine of I Block, sector-12 Noida. There are 4 machines in that ATM. I went for the third one and swiped my debit card to that machine (S1CW5393) at 09:05 PM. As he asked for the PIN to be entered, then I got know that the numeric buttons are not working and machine hang up in no seconds. I pressed cancel/clear button so that no transaction could take place. Then a guy came up appearing to be security guard, told me to go for another machine as this machine is not working. I went for the forth one, again there occurs the same problem. Same guy came up & shakes the numeric keys after a few seconds, keys start working. There i withdraw the needful of Rs. 4000 at 09:07 and left towards my home. And just after 15 minutes at 09:23, I received another message on my mobile for cash withdrawal of Rs. 11000 while ATM was with me. I immediately called up to the customer care & disabled the card for temporary. I would also like to share that I have not shared this card or pin with anybody/anytime.
Next day morning on 26/12/2013, I went straight to Police station for lodging FIR. There he said FIR will be lodged after video tape has been released. Then I went to ICICI Bank Sector-12, Noida. And tell the above situation to the Branch Manager (Mr. Sachin Saxena). He told to wait for the video tape release. I told him to check the ATM machine (S1CW5393) from where cash has been withdrawn as the machine is still not working. He came up with me to check the machine, and found that the machine was at fault.
It’s my urge to please help me out of this mess. I need my money back. It’s highly important for me.
