We have placed an order on 11-1-2012 and paid an advance of Rs.100000/-( one lakh rupees), they have made an entry in their ledger books on 12-1-2012..we have cancelled the order on 11-3-2012.after many remindings also we have not yet received our amount.please take necessary action and we request to help US in returning our amount.'
