Bajaj Auto - Iam not satisfied with your product and service

I brought a bike on last month 24th, bajaj avenger 220cc which is not having the kicker only self start is available. On the date of purchase itself the self is not working properly. Regarding this i went to service center which is available in Ambattur chennai, they simply told that the service is not available here for 220cc pls. take the bike to adyar or annanagar.

So i take the bike to annanagar KLN bajaj service centre on 03/05/12, they told me to come on 04/05/12 evening. I went there on 04/05/12 on 5.30pm upto to that time the bike is not yet ready. Also i have spoken to the manager of the service centre he simply told that come tommorow the spare is not available.

Whether it is the proper answer for ur custmore, also the bike is not yet registered before that the spare was repaired So iam not satisfied pls. take back the bike.

Complainant's Goal: Return back the vechicle due to not regeistered it was repaired with in 300kms
