sir. iam using idea cell phone service from last one year. I recharged my number with Rs198, idea provide me 600MB data of 3G data for internet. on dated 24/1/2013 at near 6.00PM I got a sms from Idea saying that Your data cost Rs 230. remaining balance 44 MB. it means they just deduct balance of Rs 230 from my account. but at the same time they also said that your data (NET) remaining 44 MB. then why they(idea) deduct my main balance. I tried their executive through phone , at the same time his superior officer also but they also didn't pay any attention towards my compalint. so plz help me in getting my balance back. thank You
