Rediff Shopping - I was not at all satisfied with first of all the SERVICE and the product as well

Hi,
ORDER CODE/TRACKING CODE OF THE ORDER THAT I RECIEVED FROM REDIFF: 10172647
The complaint is regarding my order that I received from rediff.com under shopping.rediff.com the order for which I was charged and which I made was : Two air beds. On shopping.rediff.com it is listed as "5in1 Velvet Air Sofa Cum Bed" I ordered two of them for Rs 3382/- each paying total amount of 2x3382 = 6764/- . When I received the order the courier person wouldont let me check the order before payng him the amount so I aid him n his request as I thought rediff was a good brand , untill then!
When I cheked the I had only received one of the bed I then an only raised a ticket on the website where they promised to reply back in 24 hours I emailed them about the order on the same date that is 3/aug and I did get a reply from the automated servies after 24 hours that my ticket is under process. Since then I have raised 3 more requests to rediff one of them is even for the refund but still I haven't got any reply its more than 8 days now and the one they have sent is low quality bed I raised refund request wthin their required time still no replies I have even tried from the rediff official customer support site but nobody's replying.
I have proofs for all of the information stated above, I have snapshot of the image which states the order I made and I have the bill from the courier company which shows how many products were sent to me, bot the informations are different.
Kindly help me .
