Gulf Air - I was disappointed over my flight on Gulf Air to Manila on 25th June 2010.

on 25th June 2010, Gulf air officer at the airport decline us from taking the flight to Manila due to the plane was over booked by 30% and we should have checked in 48-24 hours before the flight date according to him. (I got their names). Do anybody believe this??. He suggested either to check in the next day or to put us on Bangkok flight and from there we buy tickets on our own to Manila. Do you believe this also??.
Just imagine, we bought our tickets one month ahead and have paid for the hotels rooms and the domestic flight we shall take after we reach Manila..
Shame on this company and on how it treats its National and other passnegers. I sent this complaint to their frequent flyer contact and never got answer. I shall send it to their public relation and see if they have an answer. For me and my family (we were 6 people) we shall NEVER travel on GF again in our life.
