Railway Station Management - I was delayed by stopping train 12184 at signal unnecessarily for one hour.

I was travelling by 12184 PBH Bhopal Express on 31.5.12. Train arrived at Sukhi sevaina by 8.50 AM. Entry to Bhopal Rly Station was given by 9.50 AM while other train was allowed to go ahead.
When enquired at Bhopal Railway authorities, they unofficially informed that train ending at Bhopal are daily delayed.
Due to this, I could not go to Indore for business meeting, resulting in loss of one day - Total loss of Rs.20,000.00.
REQUEST : Loss may please be made good.
Complainant's Goal: I want my loss made good & stopping such delays further.
