hello sir,
my name is amarnath sharma. my borther shivkant sharma have a education loan by punjab national bank(brach: mania.dholpur,rajasthan ). my brother is a meritious student. he is now in third year. now he is required a laptop for the understand with different types of software. to learn dem he'll be needed a latop of a confugeration of 4gb ram & i3 processor. so for that when i talk to the brach manager of relative branch(mania,dholpur). he refused to provide it bye saying that laptop cost is not includeed in education loan.
i want to complaint about it. And want asked that if there is any procedure to add laptop price in that education loan.
i also talked with some bank person they said that there is a provision for this....
