Artha Health Options - I want my money back as I am not satisfied with your service

Dear Sir,
I took a tourism package called Aqua package from Artha Health Options in last November 2012 to go to Andaman during 25th Dec 2012 and paid Rs. 84999 in four parts (32999, 15000, 20000,17000).

As initially Rs. 32999 was taken for a different tour package called Deccan. Then they asked me for some additional facilities which I agreed and paid Rs. 15000. Finally when I was trying to confirm my trip they were not coordinating since Aug 2012. However, the coordinator Shruthi Imrana called me during Nov 2012 to go for Aqua package which will be confirmed during Christmas Holiday and I agreed on that and paid additional Rs 37000 (20000 and 17000). Finally she was unable to confirm the booking despite of assuring till the last minute. So I have cancelled the package on 18th Dec 2012. She told that within 45 days the refund will be done. Now even more than 1 year has been passed I have not got single penny and they are telling to wait further.

I could not get the details for the first transaction (32,999) as it happened more than 6 months so I am not able to see the statement.
In the mean time I have contacted and interacted with many people from Artha. I told them I don’t need the whole money back at least give me the extra Rs 37000 which I paid for converting Deccan to aqua package and I am still ready for the Deccan package. First I met Divya who confirmed to work on my refund and she worked on it with some initial issues I got two cheques no: 6808 and 6809 of Axis Bank worth Rs. 18500 each dated on 15th March and 25th March 2013. Initially I dropped the cheque no 6809 dated 15th March and the cheque got bounced on 19th March with a reason of insufficient balance. Then I reached out to them and they said that talk to their MD Anil and Sridhar to resolve this issue. I contacted both of them and they said they will give me the money in cash so I don’t have to put the other cheque and refund it to them. However, they have not kept their promise. Finally on 23rd April somebody called Maher who was undertaking my issue told to drop the other cheque and again it got bounced with the same reason of insufficient balance. Until now I am trying to reach her but she is not picking up my call any more. Her number is ********51.
