Aircel Delhi - I want my bal in my phone

I registered the complaint in the cust care dept complaint no is 111436708300.
I have never apply for any MCA service and always took my money form bal whenever I recharge my phone...
They said your money will be refunded with 72 hours but till now they have not return my money...
They just send me the msg saying that they resolve my issuse but still they havn't return my money...
Its not the matter that's its 15 rs but every month were taking from my bal so dat its issue for me...
So I want my money back with good compensation from Aircel in my bal...Pls help me
