I have a problem . my laptop is not working well and one of it;s USB slot is not working. I want that acer should fix it as my laptop is in warranty period.
Complainant's Goal: I want my laptop in good condition soon.

i baught new laptop from croma vadodara as on 5th nov,12.
Sr. no.
at the time of dealing one of the sales manager Chandramohan, commited me to give a 5.1 philips hometheater worth Rs 7000 as a gift. but now he is not ready to give me.
i baught laptop for that hometheater worth Rs 7000 so kindly take right step for giving me a same.
