i recharged for Rs. 50 & they have deducted Rs.30 due to some plan have been activated,
i m using my another aircel no .i.e ********60 for my internet usage, you people was deducting money from this no. also saying that some of plans have been activated & i used to call to your customer care & some of the times money has been refunded to my no. So finally i decided & took one more new aircel connection as i am a old customer from since four and half year, this new no is used only to make calls and you people now deducted currency from that no. i. e ********62 and if i call to customer care, the call is not atall connecting, really felt bad, so kindly requesting you to give me a solution.
