my order ref no: 10745. for sewing machine ordered online and received the same on 30/07/2013.
but I received the Easy sew machine, but in the damaged condition. I had logged the complaint on 31/07/2013 ref. no: R0052513. on 07/08/2013 I had returned the machine at their thane office hand delivery. they told that it will be sent to us replacement in 15 days. now it is almost 60 days. when ever I sent the mail to them there is no response. when they call at their only customer care number which is always engaged and no one is there to give any details.
sent more than 8 mails there is no mail reply once. I got trapped in this deal. there is no replacement machine till today.
how should I get my either money back or machine back.
unsatisfied customer. hope to receive the solution soon.
