Royal Enfield - i m not satisfied with product and service

i hav purchased one new royal enfield standard 350 on 02 jan from above mentioned showroom
the vehicle engine leaking after runnning 15 km. then after informing to service provider they just repaired the bike and again after three days after running of 80 km same leakage staring.neither they are resolving/rectifying the problem
they doing just minor repair.
i recieved a new bike with leakage after waiting period of 5 months
poor performance and service given by royal enfield.

Complainant's Goal: i just want new bike on replacement of this or return my money with interest

Hi,

I purchased Bullet Standard 350 at VVC AUTOMOBILES at Road No. 45 Jubile Hills, HYDERABAD in January 2017.

COMPLETELY NOT SATISFIED WITH SALES AND SERVICE part of the dealer.

My Questions are:

1) DON'T YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS?

2) IF YES, THEN WHY THE BIKES ARE GOING OUT FOR ANY REPAIRS

3) DO YOU EVEN FOLLOW PDI (PRE-DELIVERY-INSPECTION)?

4) PLEASE CLOSE THE OUTLET IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE THE CUSTOMER FLOW AND SATISFY THEIR ISSUES.

I request you to resolve this issues as soon as possible.

Hi,

I purchased Bullet Standard 350 at VVC AUTOMOBILES at Road No. 45 Jubile Hills, HYDERABAD in January 2017.

From first week, I am facing issues with the Bike, Severe Shoulder Pain (Right side). I gave first servicing, the issues wasn't solved.

Shoulder pain got worse and in third servicing the technicians told me about FORK issues. They resolved it by taking 1100 rupees ( no receipt, as it was done out of the service center ).

Again the same problem, so I showed my bike to one of my friend (Mechanic), He told me that the FRAME is bend.

When I asked the service center at VVC AUTOMOBILES, They are saying that everything is right WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING THE BIKE.

I request you to resolve this issues as soon as possible.
