I have not received my order placed with Make My Hobby.com placed on 12th Nov, 2009. I had transferred the money through Bank NEFT as per details provided by the shipper.(attached). It is now more than 2 weeks and I have not heard anything about my order.
They do not have any physical address posted in the website nor any contact number, and it seems that they are out to dupe innocent customers.
For any complaints they have online help that always remain offline.
Please help me get my order delivered and also investigate in the matter as they may be duping lots of customers daily.

I also support this complaint. I wish I had researched this company before placing order. Like Mary's experience they cancelled my account too because I demanded a refund and they also sent a nasty mail that no business would send to a customer.

I support this complaint. I'd a rather very bad experience while shopping with them... I ordered two items, finally received one item after almost 5 weeks and that too in totally broken condition... They've bluntly refused to replace the item and for the other item which they have not send, they have issued their store credit. I urge you people whosoever is considering to shop with them PL. I ORDERED LIVE FISHES FROM MAKE MY HOBBY. REACHED, EXCELLENT PACKING AND ALL ARE LIVE. I SAY THAT ITS THE BEST SITE.
ALL ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE FAKE OR THEY MAY HAVE VIOLATED THE RULES. THE WEBSITE NEVER ENTERTAIN ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. 2 - 4 WEEKS FOR LIVE FISH AND 3 - 6 WEEKS FOR LIVE PLANTS ARE COMMON.

I support this complaint.As i am also facing the same problem my Order #7072 has still not been dispatched and no information from makemyhobby.com despite several reminders
I ordered from Make my hobby. It is true that there online help is alway soffline. But even then treated my order of 250 RS very wisely and I got it within 15 days.
I hope of ordering more from them.

The problem is why a corporation taking the money and pasting 28 days then they are saying you still ve are looking for from other country now can you tell me this question please. If you havent this product why are you trying to selling it? We can try to buy it from other country. And why are they busy all the time? wht are you escaping from the question? I suggest you never buy from this corp. But I can just suggest that you know. This corp. is not honest. This is an automatic web page it is not a super market so I never consider holiday, cristmas or other offdays as a reason to fail. Have a nice day

Did you requested for refund, because they given to other customer as given below without trouble, why not you too. And you should be aware that it takes more than 20 days for international orders due to holiday season.
I support this complaint. Because I ordered a GPS module 20 days ago but they never talk to me and their online service is offline all the time. I paid almost 70 Euro. I will complain them to Delhi police station by the internet and to interpol i think this is an international claim so never buy somethings from this corporation.

We request you to immediately remove the posting from website and intimate the same to as urgent as possible. As it more look like it is there to malign our reputation than actual issue which was resolved long before you come into picture.

I think the comments made by people praising makemyhobby.com in sites like these are actually comments made by the scamsters from makemyhobby.
