TVC Skyshop Ltd - I have bought a ICON G4 mobile two days back.I am unable to send or receive sms.

I had ordered an ICON G4 mobile phone from TVCskyshop two days back(Sep 10th 2011) and got the delivery of the same on 11th September 2011.I am unable to send or receive messages from the phone.Whenever I try to open the inbox or out box or try to write a message I can see a pop up message saying "TEXT MESSAGE NOT READY".I am having a great problem because of this.I have tried calling the customer support office but nobody attends the phone.

My customer code is C1349039.

My order date 10th september 2011.
