I have purchased whirl pool double door fridge in 2008 .I t is in still warranty .We have been facing thr problem of cooling failure .The same has been raised with customer care and service engineer attented twice and we paid chares both the times but problem still not rectived .I belive wirlpool is MNC company and much proirity to customer complints and ensures customer satisfation .But with the experiance which I had is noot prroving my belief. I am very much disppointed with the kind of service you have provided.I ca under stand problems always will be there but after attending 3 times if the problem is not rectified can we justify this or can we say that wirl pool is the good product . Just imagine for last three months, we are not able to preserve our food items and every day milk getting spoiled .O ne service engineer told compressor need to be changed whree as service engineer said not required .I f this time compliant is rectified I thinking to swich over to another make .Please respond the compiant .
