CO CALL CENTER EXE OFFERED ME ATRACTIVE SCHEME WHERE I CAN CLAIM ALL MY PRE & POST MEDICAL BILLS LIKE- CHEMIST, PATHLAB, DOCTOR FEEES ETC FOR ONE YEAR BY PAYING RS. 5999/- ONLY, I WAS ASKED TO COLLECT ALL THE BILLS AND SEND QUARTERLY TO THERE OFFICE, I WAS OFFERD A REEBOK WATCH AS A GIFT.
AFTER GREAT STRUGL ON SUBMITTING MY CLAIM I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN ONLY CLAIM UP TO RS. 6000/- THAT TO IN 3 CATGS ONLY AS PER THE VOUCHERS @RS.2000/- EACH DESPATCHED IN THE KIT WITH GIFT.
MY COMPLAINT IS IF I HAVE TO CLAIM ONLY UP TO 6000/- WHY I SHOULD PAY IN ADVANCE, 2NDLY THE DURATION OF ONE YEAR OF THIS SCHEME IS EYE WASH.
PLS HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND & ALSO STOP THIS FRAUD AND SAVE INCONENT PEOPLE HARD EARNED MONEY.
