On 02-11-2012 I placed an order with timtara.com for a Panasonic VIERA 32 Inches Full HD LCD TH-L32U30D Television for Rs. 24,699/- duly making payment through their gateway using my ICICI Debit Card. My order was accepted and the status started showing "Awaiting Shipment." When this went on for too long and I began to suspect whether I'd get the product I wanted, after much haggling with their Customer Care team, I managed to cancel the order on 24-12-2012. Ever since the order status says "Payment Refund Pending" and remains so till date. Every time I call up the Customer Care they ask me to wait till the end of the week for a favourable outcome, which never came. Once they gave me a Telephone number (0120-4267286) purported to be that of their Billing an Refunds Department, calls to which remain un-answered till date. I have come to the conclusion that they have no intention of returning my money and their sole intention and purpose of existence on the cyberspace is to cheat and rob gullible people (like me of course!) of their money. These people should be brought to book, made to pay for what they've done to the innocent public. Their website should immediately be closed to prevent them from defrauding more people.

Complainant's Goal: To get my money back and expose the fraud being committed by timtara.com.

On 22-02-2013 I placed an order with timtara.com for a Asus Laptop for Rs. 14,392 /- duly making payment through their gateway using my SBI Credit Card. My order was accepted. but still we have not received product. Every time I call up the Customer Care they ask me to wait till the end of the week for a favourable outcome, which never came. now (Date 28/03/2013) calls to which remain un-answered till date. Please look this issue asap

They should be charged under section 420 / 406/120B /34 IPC.

Cheque received after four months follow up has been bounced.
Serious offence committed under section 138 of NI Act, 1881.
