i have been cheated by cargo ford, vadodara.
i am hemant dhomse i was forced to book a car when i went to take a test drive of ford figo, i was willing to take that car. i thought that i will not book it, instead i would wait for my loan to get approved by the finance company.
i told them that byt they instited me that you book the car immediately and called me repetedly, i got fed up by their calls and finally i booked the car by giving 10000 rs.
at the time of booking i was told by their executive that all the amount will be refunded if i cancell the booking for whatso reason. they gave me oral recognition.
But for some reasons i had to drop the idea for buying the car, and when i went for my refund they told me that rs 3000 will be deducted and showed me the contract papers. but fortunately i had not signed the whole document and that part of the form in which the deductible clause was given.
i than had a talk with the sales manager, he gave me confidence that nothing will be deducted as it was threr mistake.
after a month i received a cheque of rs 7000 only.
i am an government employee and the money is really hard earned by me and rs 3000 means a lot for a middle class employee.
please i request you to help me to get my full amount.
