I purchased the whirlpool fully automatic, top loading washing machine just 8 months back and now its motor is not functioning. I asked the service centre to provide me the single packed motor but they are insisting me to get my machine fixed with loose motor. This is just a harassment, that such a reputed company cannot provide customer satisfaction.
