I had taken food (Chicken Masala) parcel from Naatimane,Koramagala 5th Block Bangalore, on 11-Aug- 2012 and had it from from the home.The next day, my wife got food poison. This was confirmed after consulting with the doctor in Appolo clinic. We used to buy food from Naati mane and, i faced stomach problems. But i wasn't sure about this as a food poison.

Complainant's Goal: I want the health Insector to take necessary action against the food poison.
