I bought Voltas AC. 1 MONTH when the machine was delivered, the FILL of the unit was damaged and the gas pipe were having problem . I bought this unit from BALAJI FURNITURES,AREA-6,MAITHON DAM DHANBAD JHARKHAND, India and they refused to change the system. When I tried to contact VOLTAS customer care,but none of them is picking up the phone and there is no other solution with voltas customer care people.I have visited BALAJI FURNITURES several times but he is saying contact Customer Care.If this type of service Voltas Company is providing to the peoples then they r cheating the people of there own country.***Shameless just giving retailer ship to any one who has opened a shop beside footpath.

I feel like cheated, I paid for new AC and I got faulty UNIT.
Is this what VOLTAS is providing,under the arms of TATA ?????
