Future Group - I did not receive Rs. 250 each for 4 transactions of approx Rs 4000 for 4 mobil

I had done approx Rs 20,000 shopping on 20th jan 2018 from goregaon central during sale and had giving 4 different mobile numbers at the billing counter for making the payment for 4 transactions of Rs. 4000 each.. I had receive message from future group next day to install future pay app to receive Rs 250 in the wallet starting from next month i. e 21st feb but no where in the message it was mentioned that for receiving the money into the wallet I need to install the app before 31st Jan 2018..

I have been following up regarding resolution of this issue from last month and everytime I send follow up mail on email id's priya@futuregroup.in and support@futurepay.co.in I receive a call from call centre executive stating he is really sorry but still I will not receive the credit as it was mentioned in the T&C. I asked him send me T&C where it is mentioned regarding installation and registration of future pay app before 31st Jan but still I have not received any copy of T&C.

I Do not have any T&C provided to me during shopping nor did I was informed at the billing counter regarding the same..
Please do not call me just to say sorry until My issue can not be resolved.. Call me incase team has any resolution towards my issue..
This is unfair trade practice followed by future group..
