Plz solve My problem immideatly

Dear All,

I had taken admission D2D at VALIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY VALIA,BHARUCH(SFI) in Faculty:Electronics & Communication in date:16-SEP-08 at L.D.COLLEGE OF ENGG.CAMPUS,AHMEDABAD.At that time i had paid Rs.15000.After that i had registered at VIT,COLLEGE at Date:19-Sep-08 & Paid Rs.2500 as College Deposit Refundable.
Although all the fees are refundable. i can\'t get any rupees from college.
I have already complained by written & phone to college but they told that our trust have been changed & they don\'t gives us rights & we had alredy informed to old trust & court will give response to pay money.

As i belongs to a middle class family 17500 was a huge amount for me.

I am consulting with everyone in college but no one response to give me proper answer.And also not intimated to the director & and also trust person name & contact detail.
Since one year i am not response by them in any way.Since it takes a long period time.

Still i am not getting any solution can i get any solution after more then one and half year.

i am alredy talk with college verbaly but no one reply me with proper way what ihave to di against it.
