I had recently purchased a gift worth Rs. 2000/- for my valentine lady. It was sold by a Vendor Mamta Arora Phone number 0********05 and her email ID v3807@rediffvendor.com . It was supposed to be delivered on valentine day at 14th Feb 2014 but to my surprised it is never been delivered on time and now what the charm if they really sent it or not. The tracking number they provided me was FAKE and it was NOT traceable. I had tried to call Mamta Arora couple of times and sent her several emails but she never responded nor she picked up phone. Once I had able to contact her via phone and she was giving a lame excuse that there was no current ( I think she wanted to say about electricity power) in her city ...I am surprised in India it might possible that power was not there for coupe of hours but not for a week. How come she did not check her email. I think she is a FAKE and Fraudulent Vendor of Rediff. Buying online specially from rediff is Really an harassment and disappointment. I had tried to call several times at their bloody customer care number 1-800-266-2333 but it was never been answered and finally their IVR asked to register your number for call back, and as expected from a fake companies call center, I never get any call back from Rediff. it is just non tolerable situation. If i knew about rediff before from internet, I would never buy from this fake site and fraudulent vendor like Mamta Aroara.

I lost my money and the worst part is I could not able to gift my wife on this valentine day. I have no words to abuse this rediff and its vendors.....BLOODY CHEATERS.
