IndiGo Airlines - I am very angry and disappointed by the staff responsiveness

This time it was the worst experience with indigo airlines. I landed on 20th October early morning. I got my bag torn and few items missing. I filed a complaint with the people there and they said that I will get a call and will get the compensation. But till now there is no response. To hide there mistake my bag was wrapped in a plastic polythene so that I could not trace their mistake. This is really disgusting. This shows how irresponsible staff is and this down grades the name of the airlines also.

Today morning i book a flight ticket with clear trip for travel delhi to srinagar round trip . i was suppose to travel on 06 jan 2014 and return on 09 jan 2014 but mistakenly the booking got for feb 2014 were as i spoke some one in customer care of indigo airline they told me that if you want to change date it will be possible on same day if you will tell us tomorrow it wont be possible. now i spoke some one with your staff they simply denay the booking and sad no change will be possible, why you guys misguide us and waist my whole day . if you will not rectify my problum i will tell every one about your service . i was treating indigo airline no 1 airline in india ans i always prefer to travel with indigo ,
so please sort out this matter as soon as possible. my booking pnr is W7UGMM
