This is with reference to the complaint No.4517138867 of my vehicle Ertiga No.DL8CAR1288. I have registered a complaint for my vehicle that was accidently damaged and that was not properly repaired has been closed without intimated to me. I have paid a sum of Rs. 1,82,000/- (Rupees One Lac Eighty Two Thousand) for repairing my vehicle but the work which was done at your workshop not properly done.

I am harassed since 25th November 2017 by your executives, whenever calls to your executive regarding the complaint “he says that the work will be done as per our desire not depend to your satisfaction” and disconnect the phone. The work was done with my vehicle is very unprofessional not a professional manner.

I pay the installment of Rs. 20,000 per month and the vehicle stopped since November 2017. Now who will bear this loss which was paying every month by me? I have tired to rounding at your workshop day-by-day to resolve the issue. I am attaching the some images of the work which was done at your workshop kindly go through the attachment and think about the case? Who is wrong me or your worker?

I request you to take immediate action to resolve my issue at earliest otherwise a legal action can be taken, a complaint No. 648669 with consumer court has also been registered.
