I am Julfiur Rahman from Noida, sector 61. I am working in software company here.I had taken a prepaid connection of vodafone in april 18 and number is 9654083134 .
I do not know how a caller tune is being activated.I did not want it.Now from this month I do not want any caller tune.So, I called customer care on 198.They told me to send a sms CAN CT to 144. I sent it twice or thrice , but till the caller tune is running.When I call them , they tell me it will be ok. But from last 7 days no changes.
I have not been able to recharge and talk from my cell for last 10 days.It is too much.I am not satisfied customer support.How can they do this to a customer.
Moreover from today when I call 198, it says that this facility is not available to me..How and why???I have written this letter to you to get a good response.Please deactivate my caller tune.I dont want any and why should I pay money here if I dont want it.
From last 10 days I have not been able to call anyone from my cell.The shop in Shopprix mall from where I took the sim told me to go to Zonal office, But I am a working man and I cant manage time for that, moreover why should I go?
Please sir take a reasonable agaist vodafone .I am really sufferring.
