hi , i am s.p.mundada from hyderabad i have booked a gas on 11 december 2013 with l v reddy gas services , but did not received the cylinder till today i.e. 21/12/2013, when i went to their office they told that their delivery boy ratnam told them that we didn't have empty cylinder , the delivery boy ratnam did not visit our house and he told a lie ,when we asked them to provide complaint book they didn't give us and started behaving rudely after half an hour of waiting over there , we got to know that many people were facing the same problem and they were telling them the same reason. we are greatly hurt by the service of l v reddy gas services, we urge indane head office to take strict action against them or appoint a new distributor for bowenpally area other wise i will approach to consumer court
