Sir,

I had a complaint at last saturday dated 11th Sep 2010 for Television, and my complaint no is ********28. But until NOW dated 16th Sep 2010, i have no response from customer care even any phone call.

I want to know why delay attend my complaint

It is very very bad customer support from samsung india
