Dear Sir, I had bought a Motorola Defy XT 535 on Dated 19/07/2012, IMEI no. 3532********514, the features of the phone say it's internal memory if 1GB , But when i checked after purchase in was only 377 MB out of those 80MB utilised by phone apps, & it was only it is dust resistant, water resistant and shock resistant but within just two weeks of its use dust penetrated inside the screen. i contacted the Laxmi Nagar service center many times but they just cleaned it and gave it back to me but the problem is still there. then again i was facing terrible problem of Network i could not talk to any one continuously for more than 2 min the signal just cut off every 15 sec . I gave it to the Nodia service center Satyam Communication, on dated 27/04/2013 timing 16:40:32 Complaint no. OI/MO/13/00036 Serial no.N52ASJ2211. They assure the phone will be given back after 15 days i.e, 12/05/2013 but when i get back to them they denied said it will take 5 more days.
but even then they was unable to give my phone & said the part in the phone which have to be changed is not been dispatched from the upper authorities then i complaint to the customer care on date 18/05/2013 complaint ID130518007719. They took the action and my phone was given back to me on 24/04/13 NEW IMEI NO. 35********28248, A whole month was in vain when i saw my PHONE'S LED FLASH LIGHT IS NOT WORKING IT WAS NOT EVEN IN MY PHONE. AND SECONDLY THE WHOLE PROCESSOR HAS CHANGED KEY PAD SHOWING IN CHINESE. I AM TOO FED UP OF THIS I WANT MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED. PLEASE TAKE SOME SERIOUS STEPS. I cannot take leave from my job again and again..
