Tata Sky - I am not satisfy with Tata Sky service. As they not providing the service

Sir,

I have given the complaint for over tatasky connection customer ( Id - 1037041801)which is registered in my brothers name who is now in abroad. so I have given the on you telephone number which was provided by Tata sky. (No. 020********) on dated 01.07.2012, again i have given complaint on same number on dated. 02.07.2012 at around 08.00pm and have provided them time also but still no one has attented the same so i have again call back for the complaint on dated. 04.07.2012 at around 7.30 pm to 9.00pm. and customer care had promise me that there techniciaon will call me & will attend the complaint. but no response so again i have given the complaint & inquired about the same on dated 05.07.2012. at around 01.00pm but same reply the have given that they will forward over complaint to senior manager & they will attend but i done know if they will come. So i think if Tata Sky cannot give the service to the cusumer to whom they have provided they cable & they know to deduct the charges with using the service then it loss to the cusumer so it is better to take back there Dth service connection & refund over money which they have taken so we can take other Network service connection which will provide us good service.


Kindly do the needful & try to solve our problem at the earliest.
