I was travelling in Seshadri Express from Rajahmundry to bangalore on 03-jun-12 my train tic in RAC.the TC from rjy to bza and others alloting bearths for general ticket olders with out clearing RAC.
Complainant's Goal: To Avoid the misuse

Traveling in SL is just like traveling in general compartment. i usually travel twice an year in sheshadri from bangalore to rajahmundry. the sleeper class which are reserved will also have twice the number of people traveling with general ticket, making the journey pathetic, with even going to the restrooms are next to impossible. i have been experiencing this since the last 3 to 4 years and Trust me you will never find the TC in the train till chitoor. Even if he does he just lets the people stay there. complaints are unheard. making things worse the doors are crowded with ppl smoking there. i have left my mail id as well, just in case if you want to verify
