I am a small retailer form jalpaiguri town. our distributor name is m/s U K G brothers .in jalpaiguri , west bengal . they do not catering properly,no representative can asked our problem they supply product to some big wholeseller in black.no company sales person visit our retail counter and asked our problem . they give us no replacement of any amul product.
Complainant's Goal: i want reguler catering and company sales person visit.

I Have A Provision Store At South Bopal Ahmedabad.
I Had Asked Area Distributors Of This Rea Whos Names Are Gopalbhai,Nikul patel,Pravinbhai But All three Distributors Had Given Negative Response, They Are Not Ready To Give Stock On Our Shop.
They Asked They Will Deliver Our Stock On Other Shop And I have To Pickup From There. I Also Had Accepted That Because I Have No Other Option But Yesterday A Distributor NIKULBHAI PATEL Had Taken Order and Today Afternoon he called me and said that they dont will deliver stock today They have no space in them vehicle.
Other Reason Given By them is that drivers Demand higher salary if they add any new outlet for delivery.
I also had talked with supervisor Mr Nitinbhai but they also had given negative response that distributor dont have space in vehicle.
